    Promoters manage venue selection, marketing, ticketing, sponsorships, catering, and local support staff. They retain 100% of ticket and sponsorship revenue while V.I.B.E handles the creative and production elements.

  • How is the event setup organized?

    The V.I.B.E team delivers stage design, lighting, sound, and event programming. Promoters provide the venue setup including a dance floor, networking areas, branded signage, coordinate catering and hospitality. 

  • What promotional support does V.I.B.E provide?

    V.I.B.E supplies digital marketing assets, onsite filming and photography, highlight videos, and national media features. Optional livestreaming extends audience reach beyond the event location.
